Start with the daily milk sessions. Add sales and payments, enter income or expenses and record animal care with the relevant date and next follow-up. Small, consistent entries are more useful than trying to remember a whole month. Records remain local-first on the device you use.
Take a moment for the bigger picture.
Check milk totals and trends, review the financial summary and look at upcoming care. Return to a specific animal, customer or entry when a number needs more context.
Understand local-first records.
The farm app stores records in the browser on your device. Use the same browser to return to them. Clearing site data or moving to a different device can affect access. Offline support is not a substitute for a reviewed backup process.
